Customer service - tech guys

Hi all
I am having a nightmare with these people and my daughters laptop, they failed to fix a problem I told them about and now it is back with them having the mother board changed. It was fixed last week but they cannot get it back to me until this Friday. I am furious and have spent hours on the phone trying to arrange a courier or something to get this back to me. I have waited since friday for a manager to call me and I really am at my wits end. Where do I go now? How much higher can I go and how do I get the information I need to take it further? Who owns Tech guys? Where can I get telephone numbers from as the customer service is a dead end.
Thanks

The Tech guys work for PC World, Currys, Comet and others. I found a direct line number on the website "Saynoto0870" which is...

    01202 669 423.

    Hope that helps.

That number is for Mercom, who were a third party repairer. We no longer use them.

I can only think of the usual number to get through on.
    Squirrel!
If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.

Not sure where to go now as I am having no joy with customer services. With your hat on what is your opinion of my next step?
    Thanks

Go into a store and give them something to do...sounds like the best option for me. There's a few more people they could contact.

Yes but do they own tech guys, is it in their interest to stamp their feet for me. I want to fight this and I want to make sure I am fighting the right person. Should they be my first port of call (well second now)?

I certainly would...but (as I'm sure you would) have a little patience - it's probably the first time the store has heard anything of it, so may take a short time to get a result.

It also sounds as though the laptop has left the repair centre and is in the local distribution depot awaiting delivery - laptops being returned go through the same place as new products being delivered, so if there's a shortage of slots, then it can be delayed. That said, deliveries have not been that far in advance - though if you live in the sticks, they may only deliver to certain places one or two days a week, and that would be why
