Hi
Im on BT Feature Line (5 lines) used for outbound telesales calls duration of calls is very short and the calls are expensive is there anyway of reducing the call costs as I believe i have to pay a standard connection charge ????
Please help I need expert advice.

I don't know how much businesses pay for outgoing calls but have you considered https://www.18185.co.uk - 4p per call to UK 01/02 numbers.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

Cheers that looks very good, however think bt are charging a minimum 5p per call anyhow????
