Do you want a stoozers sub-forum?

Hi...Voted "No" ages ago....but hope this written request adds to it further...really dont think its wise...and I too would probably deviate away from using the site as much...
Stoozing is not a financial product in itself...hence it does not merit having a separate section IMHO, its a by-product of credit cards and should remain with credit card discussions...
As mentioned previously,...a few sticky posts at the top would maybe be more beneficial and perhaps a well written FAQ.
Ho-hum....
Beware Lego Men with Deep pockets...! :cool:0 -
Astounded - the sequel. What I am more astounded about is that only 77 people have replied to this poll - it must be one of the areas that saves people the most fortunes or earns them the most cash on the site - SEVENTY-SEVEN?
Are there really only 77 people with an opinion?????0 -
To go with the new sub-forum the removal of some of the sticky threads would be a help.
There are far too many in my opinion throughout the site.
I understand some are neccessary but for me some could disappear.0 -
I voted No too. Stoozing is great but is only one way of saving money with credit cards.0

No, Companies probably will not bother looking through every one of the 66 pages at the moment, but would if everything they wanted to know about stoozing techniques was in one place
Edit: Having looked at the forum I think I will change my mind (after all, most of what they can do they've already done...)0 -
Firstly, all banks and money lenders know that the very small percentage of us that are stoozing is vastly out weighed by the people who get a 0% card and carry on making payments after the 0% ends. They make billion of pounds a year and we are a drop in the ocean, they also look at the fact that we may accidentally use the stoozing card for a purchase and pay interest or we forget a monthly payment or we do not settle the balance before the 0% ends incuring more interest.
Secondly, I think we need a sub forum to focus on the only two important things in stoozing, which is, who are offering the best/longest(fee free) 0% bt or sbt deals and what is the best direct access highest interest way of storing the stoozed money.
Thirdly, we could have advice to people on the best way to apply for cards/cancel them or wait for a replacement offer.
This is only my view but I would find it easier to come straight to a stoozing sub forum than trawlling the credit card site.
all the best

Its a good job the election campaigns not as long as the campaign for a sub forum - over 2months on now - 65% say yes........... :rolleyes:0
-
I voted "yes".
This quite a complex and specialised area. In order to keep up with it, it would be much easier to go directly to the stoozing posts rather than trawl through the whole credit card forum.
Martin - when does the vote end?0 -
I don't mean to dis this poll, but somebody(martin) please decide if a stoozer's sub thread will or will not be made.
Two months for a poll result, if you think that not enough people have voted them remove the thread.
many thanks

How can so many people who stooze so regularly and very cleverly get this so wrong?
These should simply not split!
Dont care what the vote says. If they are split it will be more hassle to find the juicy bits of useful information people post that simply should remain in their current form tangled together as one topic ie:credit cards!
