Just heard that Peverel who are the landlords of the retirement home we own , have gone into administration; what steps can I take to make the best of this situation?

just that it appears to be a bad situation and maybe someone has been in this fix before and has some advice to offer.There's another thread running re Peverel - the link says do nothing (as far as I remember - haven't read it since this morning).

I'm about to buy (115 year lease) a Peverel retirement home - not sure what prolems this could cause0
