house selling

Just heard that Peverel who are the landlords of the retirement home we own , have gone into administration; what steps can I take to make the best of this situation?

    There's another thread running re Peverel - the link says do nothing (as far as I remember - haven't read it since this morning).

    just that it appears to be a bad situation and maybe someone has been in this fix before and has some advice to offer.
