Fitted Wardrobes in Essex

Hello all,

My girlfriend and I are looking to for a company who supplies and installs fitted wardrobes in the Romford, Essex area.

I had a rep from Spacemaker Furniture come round last night and he quoted me a shocking £2,500 for a two door sliding wardrobe which I think is ridiculous.

Does anyone know of a company they can recommend?

Try KBBC. I bought my fitted bedroom furniture from there last year. Not sure if they do sliding doors.

I'm in Kent and used these guys (near Canterbury) at the end of last year http://www.spacemaster-wardrobes.com/ to install a two door fitted wardrobe for way less than your quote. Not sure if they work in Essex - your near the boarder with Kent so no harm in asking perhaps? They were very good and efficient.

Have you tried RG Cole? They are near Elm Park Station. I haven't had any dealings with them myself but they have been around for ages and have a number of branches in other parts of Essex.

Last March we used http://vervefittedbedrooms.co.uk/ In our previous house we had Sharps. Paul from Verve knew exactly what we were after and was very good. Our only concern was the lack of 'showroom' to check out the quality of the work. He arranged a viewing at a house he had recently done which, to us, was far better that visiting a stuff old showroom.
