Post Office Online Saver fiasco

I wish I had never opened a Post Office online saver. It's like herding cats getting anything sorted by these people.
I opened an account. I was sent 2 different account confirmations in the post which caused confusion when trying to log in. They then whittled it down to one account but I had to wait a few days for my new security number etc etc (which I had already done previously) Then I wanted to change my nominated account link to another bank. They told me over the phone I could only have one at any time linked. It didn't go through. I rang again and was told yes I can have more than one account linked to my saver. They set it up over the phone, another 5 days wait. Nothing happened. Rang them again and they still said I can have more than one account. They said it was def set up over the phone and will be working within the next hour. Nothing happened and I had no nominated accounts showing. Rang them this morning and another adviser said I can't have more than one nominated account. He just told me (by now I am losing the will to live and save), you guessed it, it will take 5 working days for it to go through. All in all if I had left my savings in ING Direct I would have at least earned some interest instead of it sitting in my Hali8fax current waiting to transfer nearly a month on.
Out of 4 different advisers, 2 told me I can have more than one account linked and two told me I can't. Surely it's not rocket science ?
I feel like closing the account and moving to another.
