Debit card account with high interest

I want to find which bank accounts, that issue a visa debit or maestro card which I can make purchases or withdraw cash from immmediately, pays the highest rate of interest (paid monthly).

Any recommendations/ideas?

What are your requirements?

Alliance and Leicester pays highest, also Coventry Building Society and Halifax have good rates.

Will you have your salary paid in, these all have minimum funding requirements. Also debit cards are subject to status, although most people get them who have a reasonable credit score.
