Nat-West e-Saver; Locked from account?

Rightio, I need to shift some money over from a Nat-West e-Saver (the one that had 2.85% at one point..) to my current account at another bank so that I can make a debit-card transaction tomorrow.
I log-on just now (the usual pattern of cust-no, 3 digits from PIN & 3 chars from Password), and it tells me that my details are incorrect.
Hmm, not likely, but possible, so I try again.
Incorrect again.
Now I know this is not possible, because after failing the first time, I made even more certain to use the correct log-on details, and if there's one thing in life I do *not* forget, it's my IB logon dets.
So, it brings up a web-form, asking me to provide my names, home postcode, acc-number/sort code, etc.., saying it will attempt to find my account-details.
I pull out the original application form, just to make sure I get the right form of name (Fred/Frederick, Jim/James, etc..), but then before I submit it, I close the tab, and come here.
Now, I've got a few K in that account which I have an eye to using soonish, most immediately, a couple-hundred tomorrow on my debit card.
So, before I do anything rash like a further failed log-on for some weird web-form, I decided to come here & see what the best course of action would be.
I don't want to become an anti-nazi bank martyr - I just need to get that cash tomorrow, I know it sounds lame but it's also something of a matter of keeping my word and "sorry my internet banking went all funny at midnight last night" sounds pretty back of fag-packet even to me..
Before I need to access this 200 quid (ideally I'd be able to transfer it via IB on my work PC to my current-acc to use on my debit-card - desperate times & all that), I will have access during the day to a smallish Nat-West branch, if it's possible to get anything sorted in-person.
Of course I'd be able to take any ID, original account paperwork etc..
Anyone had any success with this type of thing before? Accessing a nominally web-only account via branch, because one more failed log-on will probably lock my account beyond even the reach of the branch?
Anyhow, I'll end it there, not sure what else to add tbh; I really really hope I'm overreacting & it'll be fine first thing in the morning, but in my experience when something goes wrong with moderate to large amounts of cash, it's almost never ok in the morning.. :rotfl:

It's happened to me a few occasions with RBS (the same system). Unfortunately the screen only shows asterisks rather than the digits you've entered. This makes it diffiicult to be certain I've not made a mistake..
Could you not make the transfer by phone banking?0 -
Are you certain it was the genuine bank web site and not a scam one ?0
