Weird email from personal Lloyds/Halifax account

I tried transferring some money from my Guaranteed Saver account into by Current Account (I had enough in there to transfer) but it said it would take 48 hours. I then received this email, (in my junk folder) from <womans.name>@lloydsbanking.com (which is fine as both lloyds and hbos use this domain now)
I know there are funds in there, and I'll probably ring customer services for that but it's extremely strange it came from her personal work account. I know it says do not reply to this email, but should I drop her an email anyway and let her know?

When you get a letter from HBOS signed Mike Regnier, Personal Current Accounts Director, you wouldn't call up and ask to speak with him. By extension, the same applies to e-mail - it's simply an attempt to make the e-mail more personable, the "Please do not reply to this email as we will be unable to respond." is also a big give away.Anything I post is my opinion, so from time to time I may be wrong. I try to provide answers based in fact, however I don't know everything, so (like all posters on MSE), take what I say with a pinch of salt.0

The weird thing is, the email address it came from is different from the guy in the email's name
and that's a personal bank email address as wellThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

I just got another email for a different transaction (I found out what the problem is, I tried to withdraw the full amount at some point, and you need to leave at least 1p in there)
Anyway, it came from another personal email address, but this time it was a different person (and the email had the same name as the email)This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
