Hi I purchased some blinds new off ebay, made to measure, I filled out the order form and sent off but they are wrong size, I put order form in inches and they have come in cm, 69cm for 69in is really bad.

the seller says no refund for wrong mesurements, and the details for them where sent outside ebay so I can prove what has been sent. Have opened a case with paypal saying I will return, but just need to know where I stand as they are made to measure and the seller said no refund on the ebay page.

They can't say "No refunds". If they sent the wrong size then I would expect that you can do a SNAD (I think that's the option), but you would have to return them at your own expense, just make sure it's via trackable method.

If the supplier asked for measurements in CM and the OP put the measurement in " that wouldn't be the suppliers fault. You'd need to double check the form you filled in.
