ConsumerNet

I got a letter today regarding my claim from ConsumerNet for mis-sold PPI insurance for one of my credit cards.
That would be fine ... except that I have never asked ConsumerNet to pursue a claim for me. In fact, I have never had PPI for that or any credit card account I have ever held.
So, where could they have got my details from? They quote my name, address, credit card number and bank name in the letter.

Yes, I agree it must be spam mail, trolling for business. I just wonder where they got the card and address details from.0
