I haven't got either mobile or landline. The only problem I had wa ssetting up my DMP they all insist on talking to you over the phone which is a pain when your trying to save money and get rid of the phone.
TINKERBELL1978 - surely refusing to moke an appointment by any other means than phone is breaking some law or civil rights

I'm with Talktalk and get free overseas calls which is a boon when you have a father in the US and a brother in Cyprus. The whole thing (including broadband) comes to £21 per month![strike]-£20,000[/strike] 0!0

we ditched our landline this year as we all have mobiles and usual monthly bill was around £10 for line rental and calls of only £2 or less. We had joint package with telewest of telephone , tv and broadband.- Dropped the phone but still get broadband and tv no problem.
never even missed it and had no problems with anything requiring landline number we just give them the mobile number.
