Uncommunicated change in Direct Debit (twice) - nPower

have you checked your latest bill as the notification re increased payments was on there, but i only found it when i printed off a copy of my bill.they used to send out seperate letters but that doesnt happen now.
i am changing from npower right now because based on my readings i can save £370 per year !

Chrissy - see above. No notification ever received until I complained and then two bills from January were sent this week which were completely different to the one I did receive in January - and none of these being available online even though I am on online tariff!

Have called up the 'executive complaints department' twice and missed the guy who is dealing with his case. Requested to his colleague that he send me an email yesterday to detail what when wrong and how they are going to resolve - nothing received as yet.

Just an update on this and it could well be good news as a resolution is close.

If this does work out, credit where credit is due for turning this around to nPower and in particular the chap resolving this case.

I ahve encountered this myself, regular bills for my account show online. But on a couple of occaisions when I've noticed errors they had to do a manual bill which doesn't show online. This makes it virtually impossible for me to reconcile the two.
