THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AVIVA is absolutely crap and they will do anything to not pay out and i have basically told them to cancel the policy because why pay them money to scam the customer
i advise to stay well away from these idiots they like the money but when something goes wrong its a diffrent matter and there stupid pathetic clauses in the stupid booklet just a total scam of a company never will buy from these idoits again and advising people not to go with these muppets as they will do anything to not bloody pay out and that must be the same with all home insurance companies absolutely pathetic NOT WORTH THE PAPER THEY WRITTEN ON0 -

Is your keyboard lacking features that prevent grammar from being used? It makes your post very hard to follow and understand. Also, some of the words you use without punctuation can lead to different interpretations to what you probably mean.
In summary your post seems to say that you didnt read the policy terms and it is their fault and you wont buy again because the policy terms you didnt read are not worth the paper they are written on.
