MS Office 2010

My trial version of MS Office expired after 90 days and now I am given the option to upgrade by paying for the legitimate version.

But, I can still use it except it says
Document - Microsoft Word 'Unlicenced Product'

Please let me know if I can still keep using it.

Thanks in advance.

Legally no it's now unlicenced. You may find it's read only or shuts down every few minutes as encouragment to buy the full version.

If you don't want to buy it why not remove it and put the free open office in its place?

What's wrong with Open Office then?

I know it doesn't begin to come close when compared to MS Office where features are concerned, but Open Office is more than adequate for the average home user.

More importantly for quite a few here, it's free!

Why does no one recommend wordpad? It comes free with Windows and is perfectly adequate for writing letters.
