Free personalised photo print

When did you order it, mine was the 25Th March following an e-mail saying they were back in stock. Others seem to have received an email to say it had been dispatched, I haven't yet.
I'm just wondering if it was one days order that hasn't arrived as there only seems to be three of us who haven't received it yet. If it is we may be able to get together and ask them to check/reorder. I live in hope.

I ordered mine on the 23rd. I got a message back from them yesterday saying that if it hadn't come by now it wasn't coming. I asked them for a refund of the postage money and they have not replied yet. I am starting to get the feel by the times of day they reply to messages that it is a shop run from someones bedroom. It's a bit disappointing, it's against my nature to pay for a freebie, but it seemed too good to miss. I think I will stick to that first feeling in the future. I hope you have better luck, I would drop them a message if you haven't already.

I first messaged them on 6th April but my original order was on 22nd March. Yesterday I recieved the email confirming my refund, I just need to check my account to see if i do get my money back.

Just to let you know I received my refund today. I really wanted the picture, but I guess nothing lost, nothing gained.

Just checked, got my refund too. It's got tomorrows date on it, but it's there so that's good. Phew can stop thinking about this one now.

Mine was lovely. Only thing is I had to pay £15 for a frame to put it in lmao. It's a beautiful picture tho!
