Thanks for the update. They took postage money over a week ago and I haven't heard a thing. I guess I will wait till April 7th before I ask for a refund of the postage money then.

I ordered 10 days back,i received it today it was fabulous,so big,many thanks who originally posted this, hope u will also get it,and they r updating shipping also,3 days back got a mail that is shipped and recieved today

Never turned up No e-mails explaining anything nothing. I guess I will give them until after the weekend, the attempt to get my £2 back.

Mine too.
It did say on the website that they would all be out by the 7th so I'm giving them a few more days. I was really looking forward to the Acrylic glass print so am holding on as long as possible as I'd prefer that to the money back.

I contacted them today via online chat on their website. They just told me again it should have been here by the 7th of April. I asked them if they could tell me when it had been sent out and they turned the chatroom off and went offline! I sent them a message asking what was happening. I will post here if I get any response. I would prefer the print too.

I too messaged them stating i was yet to recieve my print and they offered me a refund

When did you message them? I haven't had a reply yet. It's good to know they do refunds, thanks. I was vaguely hoping it might turn up today but it didn't.
