to help you navigate, the hotel isnt actually in westminister, its in pimlico. there's a bus stop at the far end of john islip street, and there's a tube nearby although im not sure where. (we walked from victoria bus station and it took us about half an hour - was lovely to see all the tall, imposing buildings along the route).know thyselfNid wy'n gofyn bywyd moethus...0

Oh...and they also offer totally free broadband - to everyone, even if you aren't staying in the hotel! Apparently loads of people go there to sit in reception and surf on their laptops free of charge!0

Im sure there are many charities whom would recommend you donate your prize or sell it on eBay and donate 100% of the money to them.

A bit of humour does not hurt!!:T
black saturn - how many comps are you entering a day??? approx?
Also how many wins now? and what have u won - you got a list?0 -
I only enter the ones on here and the ones on the UKCompetitions site. I enter very little postal competitions. I only enter postal ones if the prize is something I really want. I used to enter all postal competitions too but found I was spending more on stamps than the prizes were worth.
I havn't really been keeping a list but off the top of my head this is what I've won in about 2 years of comping:
Weekend at the Hilton in Amsterdam inlcuding meals and flights,
Weekend in Cardiff including travel,
£400 to spend at Woolworths,
£100 to spend at Woolworths,
Nintendo DS and game,
Front row tickets to the The Cure :j ,
George Michael tickets,
Various DVDs and CDs,
5 wristbands to Southend funfair,
Sweatshirt,
Dance mat,
T Shirt,
tickets to Ideal Home exhibition,
Horseriding video,
Hair care kit,
Signed Darkness CD,
Portrait of my kids,
Portrait of my dog,
Spongebob swimming bag,
West Ham DVD,
Can't think of any others. My bf has been comping much longer than me and has won loads of prizes.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040
