Halifax Reward Current Account?

I have a Halifax Reward Current Account which pays me £5 every month for depositing £1000 a month. I normally keep a high balance in the account which is unnecessary as I'm probably missing out on interest. Can anyone recommend another account, preferably Halifax where I can transfer the money in order to accrue interest, but still have the money available and not locked in?

Thanks so much. Any advice on any interest bearing accounts in appreciated, if anyone can point me in the right direction.

Oops, just to be clear. I want to keep my existing Halifax Reward Current Account, but I want to be able to transfer part of the balance to an interest bearing account every month as my existing £5 reward isn't dependent on the balance but in the amount of money I put in. Thanks! :-)

How about the their ISA Direct Reward 4, you'll get 3.2% tax free interest on savings up to £5100 this tax year, and £5340 next tax year. I have one, and use my reward account to fund it, aswell as collecting the free fivers
