Thanks SB! Right will check those out tonight too. Phew! So much to do! My worry is that this is all for Sept start and I havent written up my proposal yet - eek! I found on the uni webby that the deadline is end of april so Id better pull my finger out. Ill let you know how I get on :j
get the proposal done in time to get your supervisor to read it over and help improve it. they'll be practised at it and plenty of staff will have written the proposals for their students entirely. give them a fair amount of time to read and reply though.

Thanks for the advice. Ive been interviewing prospective students at the uni today and it was a nice feeling to think that I could be there soon in an academic capacity :D Got my driving test tomorrow so have to focus on that now, but I have decided that Im going to dig out all the proposal stuff next week and get writing. It will need a bit of work (I already have a draft proposal which the uni has seen and has said will be interested in taking me based on the draft but I need to write it up for the application proper). Its gonna take at least 2 weeks and I have to do the application too. I feel like there is so much to do - still juggling work and a small person so I never feel I have the time. Will be so much easier when its just academia. And I WILL insist on a kitkat machine ...oh yes!
