Ordered an item on the 4/3/2011 next day delivery for the 5/3/2011. In order to recieve it before i went on holiday. Hadn't recieved it by the time i went on holiday nor when i returned, so emailed the company who provided me with the tracking details.
According to Royal Mail it has been delivered and signed for: Looking at the p.o.d the attempt at the signature is not even similar to mine, it doesnt even seem to be an attempt to write the correct letters??
I have contacted the company endlessly, to be told this:
Is this correct? Royal Mail wont even let me fill in an enquiry form because 15 days have not passed. Any advice on the next stage of action would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in Advance

I am sorry but we cannot do anything more.
We, as a retailer, have done everything we should and have proof of both postage and delivery.
This is now something you have to take up with Royal Mail.
If you are saying you have not received the parcel yet Royal Mail have a signature, you would have to take ID with your signature on it and show your local delivery office.
I am really sorry but the problem is definitely Royal Mails.
Kind Regards

How can they prevent you filling in a form? Send in the form straightaway, and let them come back to you and then take it from there.0

You can get a form from your post office (or download one) and post it to them.
