Has anyone tried or is anyone taking the tablets "Perfectil Plus - Skin, Hair & Nails" to help maintain and keep them healthy? If so do they work?
I was thinking about trying them but dont want to spend the money on them if they dont work
Thanks

I'm taking these
http://www.superdrug.com/womens-health/hri-clear-complexion-50-tablets/invt/560227/
Which i think have made a noticable difference to my skin - although they won't help my hair or nails obviously. I went to savers and bought some sally hansen nail stuff which was £1.69 ish and is making a massive difference already.
but before that i took these for a while and they made no difference at all.

I have a large stash of H, S and N in my kitchen drawer! When I remember, I take them and they are good- noticable hair growth when I turn up at the hairdressers for my roots to be done! I bought mine when they were 3 packs foe a tenner at Asda- bargainous bargain!
I must start the tablets/water regime again- as my skin is starting to look a bit dull again.... need more than half an hour of sunshine a day- winter's took its toll!

I was considering taking supplements too, and looked at H&B, but saw that some reviews said they had a bad reaction, so I've decided not to risk it just incase.0

I bought a pack of perfectil on a whim, and been trying it out. The tablets are pretty big and taste a bit grim - the things we do for beauty!
To be honest, I can't really tell the difference, except my nails are looking nicer and seem stronger than normal. But I can't tell if that's because of the tablets or whether they'd have been like this anyway as I've only recently quit my bad habit of chewing my nails.0 -
Also, the perfectil needs about 3 months of use to really show any difference. I think that's the case with most supplements though.0
