Store card-pls help!

I emailed my store card retailer asking them why I havent had any recent paper statements-just for my records, as I thought i had paid off all.

They emailed me back to say there was an error on my account and have now updated stating i owe £700!

is there any way they could wave some of this as they didnt inform me monthly of my balance??????????

Totally - if they have charged you any late payment fees or interest as a result of their error then you should get them to waive the charges. If they refuse then escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

    Good luck
