OP did say buying and letting out though . I know they can buy and let out a residential Park Home but i of the opinion its a holiday home . Is it a Static caravan or a larger split in two park home the question. & Park homes on a holiday park are not liable for council tax if its not your permenent residence AFAIK plus I have heard that people who own static on a holiday site with 10 years lease have challenged the short length of them and have won a small but important extention . Would anyone have information on this please ( I am vauge as i dont have full facts myself yet )

  • I would need to see the planning conditions, covenants and S52/S106 agreements.

Thanks would the planning obligations be relevant in a lease extention (not a solid extention) what i have heard AND THERE IS NOWT LIKE RUMER ON A CARAVAN PARK !!! is people have challenged the 10 year only rule for static caravans on a static caravan park when the static caravan makers are giving guarentees for 15 years. Its a big point on parks that they(some) should renew after 10 or sell up and leave. I have heard SEE ABOVE There has been a challenge through the courts .
