Is it worth to take the shared owner ship property if you have less amount of deposit and want to live in for next 5 to 10 years.
I have a question regarding the Rent and Mortgage you will pay.
Let's say if the property rent is £200 and mortgage is £300 on your share amount....what amount will be consider as a property/mortgage payback.
Sorry if you see it a stupid question , just asking as i need to know more about that.
Cheers

Any particular reason you would not recommend it.0
