Cashplus card with creditbuilder

Hello
I applied for the cashplus card and also selected yes to the credit builder option I applied on the 8th of March and received my card on the 12th of March.
What i want to know is when i will know if i have been accepted for the credit builder? All i received from them is the Loan agreement sent the day i applied but no welcome email... There is no credit builder menu in members area yet..
How long does it take for them to send me the welcome email from credit builder?
