Need Clarification On Bank Charges Please

I have sent the first letter off to my bank with a tenner and they have supplied me with 6 years of bank statements, i have gone though them all and filled in the spreadsheet that also calculates the interest.
My total claim would be 4302.57 inclusive of the interest.
I need to know if i am claiming for the correct charges, i have put on the spreadsheet the following:
Overdraft excess fees
unauthorised overdraft fees
unauthorised borrowing fees
unpaid direct debit charges
unpaid standing order charges
unpaid cheque charges
Account charge (i dont know what this is for but they charge it every month and they have done for 6 years its 10.00 a month)
If someone would be kind enough to help with the above, i would be very grateful and i can then send the letter to the bank asking for my money back! (can i charge them the time it has taken me to compile this spreadsheet):A
Thank you

Hello there you are entitled to claim all of these back though i am not sure about the account charge of £10 per month this seems excessive i get charged £10 per year for account admin maybe you should call your bank and ask them what this is for.
Please remember when you send off your first letter you do not include the interest this only applies when/if you go through the court0 -
Hi,
You can't claim back the £10/month fee - it is not a penalty, it is charged for a service (although quote what you get for your money is beyond me, I assume you're with Natwest?).
You can't add 8% statutory interest until the court claim stage BUT you can try and claim contractual interest straight away (you woul dno tthen be able to add on the 8% as wel though) This is the interest rate the bank charged you on the charges, probably their unauthorised borrowing rate because you would have had charges when you were over your limit. This is likely to be well over 8% of course.
The idea is that you should be able to charge them what they charged you in the first place, and seems to be successful so far.
You can get more info and success stories for contractual interest on the consumer action group forum - there is a thread in the general section called 'A new way of looking at interest' which includes letters etc.
MBNA happen to be paying this willingly - they have even done the calculations for some people when they phone up after sending their preliminary letters.
EDIT: Just saw your quesiton about claiming for your time. Not sure about that one - small claims rules I think allow for £9.75/hour but again that would only be at the court stage. Most people don't add any expenses or anything at this stage.
Hope this helps.0
