The Cheapest Sugared Almonds Challenge

I've been umming & ahing about favours, and the old sugared almond, though done, is simple, traditional & cheap. So I'm trying to source the cheapest almonds pos. I seen that approximately1kg gives you 180 almonds, and I need enough for approx 150 favours, so for 5 each, I need around 4.5kg. The best value I've seen so far…
