Hi
Have been quoted £640 incl VAT to upgrade my fuse boards. I currently have two - one standard and one old economy seven. A couple of my old economy seven switches have been converted to sockets so the plan is to remove the economy seven board, and replace the standard one with a 10 way board and put the converted sockets on there.
Also the same guy quoted £89 incl VAT to convert one more economy seven switch to a double socket.
Also to supply and fit one PIR latern to the side of my house £95 incld VAT.
Does this seem reasonable?

The fuse board prices sounds about right
Converting a single outlet to a double socket should be no more than £50 I would say
Is the PIR lantern to replace an existing one? If so again I would allow about £50 to fit - so hence the cost of the light itself is £45
My prices are not including VAT, but I'm London based so they may be higher than those where you are
