Santander PPI

I asked another question about PPI in another thread.

Which resulted in me trying to get PPI card protection through Santander.

Now for the last 2 hours I have been trying to do this with no joy.

I think I must have been to every department they have and even been sent to Aviva to do this. They couldnt't help either.

Does anyone know how to take out PPI with Santander or have any useful phone numbers that may help.

Have you got enough credit limit left on your Cap One card to transfer the Scamtandurr balance over?

Still didnt solve it, had to go to work in the end.
Not got enough space on the Capital One at the moment.

Absolutlely ridiculous customer service.
