Hi am renovating a houses it's a small terrace house I.would be looking for new bathroom tiled and plastered
Large bedroom slit into two fully plastid
Sky light 3foot by 2foot put in hall also hall fully plastid
Wall taking down in living room to make open plan kitchen area and whole room plaster new kitchen and French doors put. Also full electric boil and 7 radiator. Spot light throughout and flooring down. 5 new doors put in throughout house.
Been estimated this would to about5 weeks work.
How much should you expect to pay for this work.

That's going to be impossible to answer. You need a site inspection quote.

Have a drink and get plastered while you worry about it.

Yes you need proper quotes based on a site visit and detailed discussion of your requirements. Get three quotes and make sure the jobspec is the same for all three otherwise you cannot compare them. Don't forget you need to comply with Part M of Building Regulations for a renovation.
