Rant: Credit expert

I received an email on 9 March from Credit Expert offering me a second free trial.
I clicked through to the link and though I would use the trial to check my file and have a look around the site before cancelling the membership
I called on 11th March to cancel and received an email confirming this had been done. I just checked my online bank account and £14.99 has been charged to my debit card and is due to come out tomorrow (14th March)
I am absolutley furious ! How can they advertise a "Free Trial" and then charge £15 for it ? I feel absolutely conned - and would have thought more from a well known company such as Experian.
How on earth do I go about getting my money back?

Did it say you had to give a weeks notice?
11th was Friday so the payment may have already been requested if it showing for 14th. It might be reversed out tomorrow. If you find you are drinking too much give this number a call. 0845 769 75550 -
Here is a link to their complaints procedure:

I have had so many issues with Experian that they have been honoured with their own email folder in my email account. Personally I will make sure I never give them my credit card details again as ironically they can't be trusted with them.0 -
i binned my account earllier this year too, the price hike is because you get your "credit score" included now, which is pointless, they only include it because they were told it's meaningless when they were charging seperatly for it (there is a thread to that effect on here)0
