From here:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00zm3j1/You_and_Yours_25_03_2011/

Tesco spokeswomen says "wheras before, you could claim 'unlimited'"? So T&C's before said £100 but she is saying 'doesn't matter if you broke those?
also she is insinuating that £20 is the max, I'm sure it's £20 max per DTD voucher, but £100 max per month, am I right?
TIA
p.s. sorry had to add this. Also quoted " This is about what is best for the customers."
More like what's best for them now!

Ok, just thinking out loud here - I have a voucher still to spend that's almost £70. I understand that I should probably spend it soon, just to be on the safe side, but I REALLY don't need £70 of groceries at the moment, and can't think of anything non-food that I could do with either for that amount. A £70 shop is a pretty hefty one for me to be honest.

BUT if I was to spend that voucher on say clothing, then returned the clothing for a refund, they'd give me the amount back on to a Tesco gift/money card right? And with a gift/money card I could spend it in smaller increments couldn't I? So a £20 shop this week, then the other £50 next month for example? I think I'd rather have the money that way, plus I don't have to worry about it being accepted or not.

Ooo actually there's a thought, can I use a money card to buy fuel???!!! :D

I have spent a 33.++ voucher yesterday and got a 20GBP giftcard plus some john frida stuff for dtd, will see if I get voucher but still have a giftcard so happy anyway :D hth

Sorry, I should have said I clicked the reply button to the price check results email - the email address was pricecheck@tesco.co.uk
and I think that's why I didn't get a reply. It's probably one of those outgoing only addresses, though it didn't say that!
