I submitted mine on Weds at 12.30pm and recieved a reply on Thurs midday.
Have you tried re-submitting? Maybe you mis-typed your email address?

Answer unfortunately is 'no chance' because elsewhere in the T&Cs the max is capped at £20 per voucher (yes I know they have that £100 anomaly, their IT dept is pretty stupid not to change it).

Unless you think you have grounds for comlaint to TS/ CG - ie the £100 is more prominently displayed than the £20?

I have to disagree too, the receipt thing is at the back of the till operator in our tescos, id have to stretch across her to obtain my receipt!! ur saying its customers responsibility to take receipt sorry thats rubbish
