I did my shop today and my receipt shows 10.03am when the t&cs still showed only £100 limit per voucher. I did a £60 shop. I should get back £30. Not much of a loss but surely it cant be right to suddenly change the rules. And why does the price checker first page still promise double the difference??

surely this is misleading? It should at least have an asterix pointing out the promise is limited to £20?

Provided there is at least 1 additional item, that's legitimate. It's down to Mr T's IT bods to devise a system that recognises you got the 6 bottles FOC and stops them getting DTD.

Won't be much DTD on those if they were £4.99 anyway

Anyone else still waiting for emails from inputted receipts from Monday? (have reinputted them loads of times). Wonder if I will ever get them! I'm embarassed cos I told a couple of freinds and they too spent about £50 each they wouldn't have. If we do get £20 vouchers, it really would have been cheaper to buy at Asda!

Yes I have "dear" and if you are in fact a staff member then perhaps tesco should legally enquire as to your ip address from MSE so they can sack your a$$ for abusing the deal Of course you could just take your trolling back to your bridge

I for one havent tried to 'be clever and trick the system'.....however... it does seem that tescos 'system' is extremely flawed if it is issuing valid double the difference vouchers which take customers over the limit set by tescos themselves!! I very much doubt Tescos would have any leg to stand on re this as they have issued the vouchers??? and this is after all a Tesco thought up promotion, "if u find anything on your shopping is cheaper at asda, we will double the difference" as far as im concerned no one has done anything wrong by taking tescos up on their offer, if anything it just clearly goes to show how expensive Tesco actually is! id never have twigged the BOGOF scam if hadnt been for this lol, I have shopped with tescos twice a week for the last 15 years can see that coming to an end tho what with the changing of t&c etc when things dont go tescos way.... 'the consumer is always right'.... not when u shop at tescos tho it seems lol
