    Hi, what is this coupon?

They are doing £5 of a £25 spend on clothing (or £10 off an online £40 spend). My girls got clothes so I chucked it in the mix! Every little helps!

there must be someone on here who has used a voucher twice. or is noone willing to admitt it.

the voucher isnt marked in any way to the receipt. i got the receipt in a different tesco yesterday and used it tonight.
When you print your voucher off it has all the details of the original receipt matched up to it. This would include your credit/debit card details and your clubcard.

so basically you spent £54.00 when you only had £34 to spend.

did they take your receipt at any point

No they have never taken/looked at/signed any of my receipts and I wouldn't have done it unless they said it was ok, she said it was a good will gesture for all the hassle they caused with the £20 vouchers, I have had all my receipts with no signatures on them etc and not used any of them, i only used this one as she told me to

Are you lot for real?! Has NO-ONE got anything better to do than complain about a supermarket issue? The world is falling down around our feet and you lot seem so hard done by. There are 15,000 people still missing in Japan and all you can do is moan about an error on a poxy website, you're all very understanding and sympathetic (Pfft!). The british public this day and age is an utter disgrace, would you still be complaining if we were under aerial attack or if we had an earthquake or a tsunami rip the guts out of our country. Having read this page i am ashamed to call myself a british citizen.

Yet you had the time to go out of your way register an account and post that waffle...... All stand for the national anthem...

I made the same mistake. Just leave it until the next day and then input again and the voucher pops up automatically without going to email. It worked for me but think I got a few more grey hairs waiting :o

Thanks - got it just like you described ;)

OMG I go out for the day and come back to pages and pages and a major crisis.
I have read loads but am only at 2pm and absolutely shattered so will have to leave the other unread posts

I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who fought to get the vouchers back to their original value

is there anything in the t&c that says once I have received a voucher I have to print it and use it? will think about whether to use £20 voucher or take wine and razors back

I wonder, genuinely, how you have stumbled upon these boards if you are not a money saver? I'm glad that the website's slogan has changed from consumer revenge to cutting your costs and fighting your corner, as that is what this website is all about.

There will always be the few that defy Darwin's theory and be 'the straw that broke the camel's back' but you can't tar everyone here with the same brush, and to be fair (don't come at me with the feathers please!) I feel that HUKD attracts more of the kind of people you are referring to. We are a kind and caring community in general and not out to ruin anything for anyone.

    Good post!
