I did a shop last night at 6 and went a little mad so expecting voucher for £80ish. I went out and only submitted receipt this morning at 10am. Does anyone know if I will get the full amount? No voucher as yet - still processing!

I think that sometimes googling something will bring up that item from your cache on the computer. To msee the latest version you need to refresh the page, Fn button + F5 or the two arrows top right hand side of the page will do it then you'll see the latest version of the T&C.

    Interesting stuff.

Basic contract law demands that if the T&Cs at the time of a transaction are abided by, then they continue to apply. You can (as they have done) change them for future transactions, but you cannot restropectively change T&Cs for a transaction that has already taken place. No amount of posturing from uniformed stroppy Customer Services supervisors or managers can change that. They may try, but they cannot change the law.

All seems quite logical now - future limit is £20, all past deals have a £100 limit.

Was always going to get pulled - it's not often that such a valuable offer is made, and the best approach was to grab what you can while it lasted. All very well appealing to people's better nature, but the public just don't work that way. Unfortunate, but there it is. Personally have got 3 vouchers, and nothing since the weekend, cashed one for £11, but have two more for £87 and £91 still to go, planning to use the £87 this weekend for an online shop and £91 in April, therefore sticking to the £100 montly limit.

If anyone from Tesco seeks to stop this, I have the terms and conditions applicable at the time, the vouchers printed out an the receipts attached. And the law...

But for those that have gone over the £100 limit, or recycled dubiously, you took the risk, your choice.

But T&Cs haven't been updated yet to read £20?

Tesco have it in the t and c's that they can change the offer, remove the offer ect without notice so pretty much gives them the go ahead to do what they want doesnt it?

    1 x Gillette Fusion 9.99/5 dtd 9.98
    1 Turner Road 9.99/4.48 dtd 11.02

Seems to be the way to maximise the £20

Dont mind given the a £1 for both of those

Why would you take such a large amount of shopping back without at least trying to get it sorted out? Seems a bit of a knee jerk reaction to me?!
