Rugby is my local store. With DTD I've not had a problem as I went to Cross Point instead, but I know of someone who has and Rugby Mr T's refused the voucher.
I've had problems with them when using vouchers in the past and also dtd on overcharges etc.
Oh i am off to use my first voucher at Rugby store tonight, will let you know how it goes.0 -

Just been to Tesco and the Turner Road Wine was reduced to 4.99 (oh well, will have to make do with 30 bottles from last few shops)
Also, when they scanned my voucher (£154.28 in value) it flashed up on their till as maximum limit reached. The SA asked ME what that meant!
I shrugged my shoulders and told them I have no idea! She called a Supervisor over and he discussed it with two other supervisors before they eventually came back and put the voucher through.
Took my old reciept and gave me my new one (unmarked)
Its getting a bit risky now with a jigh value voucher so did a shop that would bring it down to under £100

Should I take them back and then use the DTD voucher or use the DTD voucher and then take them back? I just wondered if either way them marking the receipt would cause problems?
I had to take a couple of bottles back yesterday, what i did was arm myself with a printout of the screen that shows the receipt breakdown so that if they queried the receipt when i gave the voucher to the checkout i could show those items didnt affect the value of the voucher.
They didnt say a thing though - second time ive had to do it as well.TESCO EVERY LITTLE change to the t&cs HELPS0 -
