to inform that when i phoned up IAMS to complain they have refunded me back £10 to my bank account. They are also getting the batch checked.
I am hoping to take the other 3 bags back to Tesco and get a refund but bit worried how this will affect my voucher given i have already spent the one i got from buying it...
Perhaps give it away - dog home or other??
I was suprised at how little you give compaired to the other dried dog food. Perhaps if you gave the amount per day all at once it swelled up once eaten?? Perhaps not much help.
I have noticed black poo rather than brown - iygwim - lol - sorry if anyone is eating.0 -
My new receipt was scribbled on.
Oh right.
This means you can't use this against your next shop. There has been a few people who have said Tesco are starting to do this. I think it's fair to be honest. Because we could all end up never spending another penny in Tesco as long as this promotion lasts......brilliant for us, but not for Tesco.
You will have to start afresh I'm afraid!0 -
I don't understand what you mean, sorry.
Do you mean your old DTD voucher or the receipt for a new spend today was scribbled on?
Some people have reported that both receipts have been signed across when you do a shop by paying with a dtd voucher, making the second shop invalid for dtd. This still seems to be a grey area. I know a lot of people have been recycling, NOT re-using vouchers. I hope everyone is clear on the difffernce!!!! I think I remember seeing someone post that they had their new voucher refused because their qualifying shop had been paid for using dtd vouchers.
Does anyone have any more info on this double signing policy or voucher re-cycling, it seems CS are not being consistent!!! :mad:0 -
My new receipt was scribbled on.

I understant that. I wasn't sure which receipt he/she was referring to. I know now and have explained.
It looks like Tesco are going to clamp down on this and start signing the new receipts.
I think it's the only way to ensure it's done properly. Tesco are a business and they have to make money.0 -
Someone has mentioned their pet has been sick but I think it was their cat. And I think it was down to the IAMs......sorry not much help!
Yes, that was me, and my cat. Its harder to control the amount a cat eats, and I think she stuffs it and it swells too much. I mentioned i'm going to buy some anyway to donate to an animal shelter as it costs next to nothing, so I think that would be ther best bet if you have any you can't use.
