This happened to me yesterday, tried to argue with the SA that I should have receipt back and she could sign all over it that I had used the voucher but she was having none of it. Have emailed Tesco to inform them as I was not happy about this as 1. I had purchased a mothers day gift and now have no proof of purchase and 2. had purchased Double Velet toilet roll to enter the tree comp and now have no proof of purchase for that. God help Tesco if I shake that tree and some big money falls out :rotfl::rotfl:
If you get your receipt back & it hasn't been signed can you just use it again then?

I think as you have to give your receipt along with your DTD voucher when you redeem, if your receipt is signed then you can't roll it over. I don't think you can use the same DTD voucher twice, as one assumes they pop that in the till so it balances.
