Oh my goodness, i'm such a chicken!! i've just sent my OH off to T's to do a dtd shop using my first dtd voucher. I'm actually shaking and I'm not even there!! Hope he dosen't get the third degree, he knows nothing about this except that tesco are giving us money to buy wine. Please be ok!
  • it may have just been a glitch ....but when i tried to use my blackberry to input my receipt on pricechecker (i did this last week with no problems) it repeatedly told me it had "encountered an error " and told me to try again later .......drove home and input it there half an hour later with no trouble . Just wondered if , when they pulled the pricechecker over the weekend , they somehow stopped mobile devices being used to input receipts ? Just for the record I got hubby to do a small dtd shop using cash at self serve till, whilst I spend last weeks £66 dtd voucher on normal shopping at another till . the sa didnt know what to do with the voucher but her colleague on the next till did and between them it was a smooth and painless transaction. Southampton store in millbrook.

  • Voucher received today - Minus Nescafe Alta Rica and Cornetto Enigmas. They say no comparable match could be found! (funny, as I've had DTD on 3 jars of Alta Rica on past shops and everyone else has been getting the cornettos)
Have sent an email pointing out that the items appear quite clearly on ASDA's site, stating the price difference and requesting that they adjust voucher accordingly. Don't know if they will.

I think T will do the glade candles half price(or did already) as the 1.75 SELs were there in my store tonight(but not the mango ones-maybe missing) hth

Have used another voucher today without any problems and clueless SA(I used "a couple" of vochers in the same store already and every time I have to explain them what to do and remind to sign my old receipt)... Love this promotion ;) got some lamb, gilette razors and olay serum, happy days :D

I've just bought some more candles at about 7pm. They were all showing at 1.75 apart from the mango which went through at full price.

Sent OH out to get either Hardy's Crest or Turner road. I also needed Guiness for my stew so have asked him to pick up the original pack of 4 which is £3 at Asda and £5.08 in Tesco's will be interesting to see if they price match that one?

Oh dear poor lady dragged £140 of shopping up our hill and then had no clue how to process the NOTW voucher nor the DTD voucher so she's taken both back to the store to get the manager to sort it out, he's going to phone about 11pm tonight when she's back at the store.

I'd best get my refund.... lol

I've been up your hill and would really not want to drag any shopping up there...did you hand her a bottle of wine as a reward ? :D

I bought options hot choc sachets (they are 5 for £1 at A ) and they just show on the reciept as chocolate, noticed quite a few things with oddly undescriptive names on the reciept actually, lol!

Picked up Oreos double stuff for £1.20 - these are 80p in store at asda so will be interesting to see if that one works.
