The world is full of people throwing stones at us. Its what you do with them that counts. Build a wall or build a bridge.0 -
I am worried about using my vouchers instore - am tempted to do an online order just so that I can hand the voucher to the driver and avoid a potential 'discussion' with CS!!0

Sorry just another quick check? Someone mentioned way back that if you bought 6 bottles of wine that in effect that was a promotion and so they would not price match! I bought six wines last week and got DTD no problem at all but was going to buy another six but just wanted to check before doing so that it would not affect the DTD?0

Tesco's prices will change for tomorrow so anything going through as DTD today should be checked in the morning against Tesco and ASDA. They're playing games with us: Smirnoff in Tesco £22 on Sunday, £16 yesterday £22 today again. Jamesons £12 in ASDA yesterday £18 in Tesco...today it's the other way round! You need to check before shopping and shelf edge prices aren't always right! Tesco are cutting prices too quickly for staff to change the labels.
And pinot grigio has come off ASDAs 3 for £10 deal0 -
There must be lots of people who have a total of £100 in vouchers by now - are you slowing down on the DTD shopping or carrying on until they stop us??0

After a few awkward transactions in my local store they were great tonight. SA apologised she didn't know how to process voucher and duty manager politely showed her how without scrutinising receipt or causing a fuss. She even told me that after I was in on Sunday (where my £50 voucher caused a big fuss as nobody knew what it was) somebody came in with one for £85. She seems quite delighted. Made me feel so much better. I guess it really was a case of the correct procedures not being filtered through to the staff on the shop floor in this case.
Bad luck for those shoppers who are getting a hard time despite staff being aware of the vouchers0 -

I personally have worked out that atm i am just under but with all the talk that they might be signing the new receipts and it could be pulled anytime I am going to keep going until they stop me, obviously not completely over the top, I have only had vouchers under £20 but I think we should use it as much as possible, not sure everyone would agree but i am a bit cheesed off they haven't sorted my olay cream lol.
I also only ever shop at Tesco as I find they are great for whoopsies and with my very low grocery budget i take full advantage of their 75% off items and 10p fruit and veg lol. But I do do a big shop every month so I guess i am getting my money backSealed Pot challenge aiming for £400 by Christmas
NSD's 4/10 in January
Grocery Challenge £78/£240 for the next 8 weeks
Fuel Challenge £40/£320 for the next 8 weeks0 -
