Just got back from T's and prices had been altered so may not now be worth dtd. Shame but I didn't get any as sel was still saying £3.32 but a yellow price alteration sticker had been put on for them.

Anyone have the phone number and/or e-mail address of where I can most effectively register a complaint at having had a voucher refused?

I know that is normal but it isn't normal for them not to find receipt details is it? That's the problem. When I first entered receipt details at around 5.30pm this evening I got an email from them at 6.10pm saying they couldn't find the details and I should re enter them. So on re entering my details it says it's being processed. Am I to expect another email saying they can't find my details again. Do you see what I mean?

I would hazard a guess that they are now going to process it as they coudn't (for some reason) before.

The voucher is genuine and for under £20 but when I went to my local store tonight the duty manager said the manager, who wasn't on duty, wanted to speak to me about having only bought 2 easter eggs when I could have had another 1 free for half the price and therefore they were not going to honour the voucher.

bloody jobsworth!!! whats his problem? Tesco have gained from you as you have "paid" £5 for 2 eggs in the first place, and also they have gained another £2.50 with the one you "forgot" to pick up...

Why should you have to buy 3 eggs? What if you only wanted one?
