Had a great experience spending my DTD voucher today, used it to buy in my Tesco Extra non food area. The assistant had never seen a voucher and took out a memo to follow what to do. Tesco memo to staff says ask customer for reciept, check and sign date at bottom of reciept then hand back to customer, scan voucher, if over £10 you will have to manually put in the value, retain voucher and place in till. So no word about calling supervisors, having to pay at CS desks etc etc which many people seem to have to suffer.
My assistant was excited to ring through her first voucher and another came over to watch and said " it sure pays to compare your shopping before you do it doesn't it!" Such a great experience flew round to buy more wedges, snap pot beans and cornettos!!!!0 -

I usually book the 9-11pm wednesday slot and have always been able to amend order until 8.30am on wednesday♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥0 -

Got a Magnolia Glade Sense & Spray today. Expected it to be £10, as it was marked on the shelf, but on my receipt it shows as £5. Seems to be a bit of that happening today with different things.0
