I just got back from Tesco. There were loads of yellow stickered racks of lamb left in the reduced cabinet, at 4pm, because people preferred the dearer ones.

    Hope is not a strategy.
  • Anyone fancy a little bit of fun (not that type all you lot drunk on Pinot and Baileys with a sugar haze from After Eights and Toffee Crisps) ;-)!!!!

Lets do a sweepstake on when this gets pulled. If everyone tags the last comment will that mean we will end up with a list that shows everyones??? I'm happy to donate a colgate toothbrush or bar of green and blacks into a DTDMSE hamper for the winner!

My opening gambit is that they will pull this on April 24th 2011!!!!

Can I just ask I have done two dtd shops and the sa has always given my reciept back in it's original state, has anybody tried re printing the voucher and using it???? naughty I know and I don't think I'd have the guts to do it but I am curious?????

If they have then they would be daft to admit it!

I bought 5 papers today and never got out, had no idea they were only valid to today.................:(:(:(:(:(

With regards to the £100 a month limit, I will stick to it but if I go over then it will be by pure accident, I have a very large family so a spend of a £100+ a week is normal for me.

Well done everyone on your vouchers so far, I am yet to go and shop LOL....

The one from the actual paper is valid all week.

That wouldn't happen, all the price checker barcodes are identical! Its just a generic code, thats why the receipt details need to be checked (printed on the bottom) and ashiers have to manually input the amount.
