when you take an item back dont they mark it on your receipt though?

Most SAs do, but a minority don't.

I dont even drink wine, and you have all got me wanting to run to Tesco and get 6 bottles of the Pinot. I didnt realise that it worked in a multibuy.

So 3 bottles at Tesco is 19.47 Mr A is 10.00 So for three bottles I would get 18.94 in a DTD voucher. Could i then take the wine back?

Esmer, you can use it as cooking wine like moi.

Surely taking it back would be a bit wrong. Would make good xmas pressies though :D

thats a good idea....... Was just thinking what I could do with three bottles of white. was going to give them to my parents, but they drink red........ I could keep them for xmas hampers.

I wouldnt have taken them back. Unless for a valid reason. would be a step too far.

As im still in my pjs and enjoying my sunday, i doubt I will be going anywhere soon............ another coffee me things. :T

    Happy Shopping ladies.

Wow an hour after i got up and i finally caught up with the thread! :p

Just to let you know guys, the 5% discount on 6 bottles DOES get applied at the tills and it DOESN'T affect your DTD voucher!
