Really friendly aren't you?! Those who don't want to help others don't have to but there is no need to be rude. Just to let people know, it isn`t possible to use a voucher for more than 9.99 at the self serve tills, even then you need a member of staff to enter it for you.

They must have had a big increase in workload in the last few days so I don't think the wait for the vouchers is too worrying, tbh.
