Spam Filters for AOL email?

Options
Anyone know of a workable Spam filter for 'AOL email' users (one of many 'webmail' services like Hotmail, etc) which will work in the following circumstances:-
I already use AOL's own Spam Filtering option, which works OK for MOST of the time (for "Viagra" messages, etc) BUT I get a shedload of incoming 'message undeliverable' Spam emails ALLEGEDLY from "Mailer Daemon" or "postmaster@..." which are in fact fictitious (i.e. from Spammers). Some of these arrive in my main Inbox and others are caught by AOL's Spam Filter and diverted to my Spam File.
I can't afford to ignore and delete them without opening them as a (very) few of them are REAL "Mailer Daemon" rejection messages (especially when I have just sent an outgoing email).
I have consulted my ISP but they can't help. Nor can AOL's Far Eastern call centre "experts"!
Nor can I block/filter-out all incoming emails not from sources which are not in my Address book because I get legitimate sales enquiries from new names which would not be in my address book.
Any ideas for solving this seemingly impossible problem?
