Hi , i am about to send off my letter asking for my statements, do i have to put my sort code along with my account number, also can i send the £10 in a postal order instead of a cheque. thanks Diane.

    Welcome to MSE.

    A postal order is fine to send. I've not bothered putting the sort code on any of the letters I've sent out for people, but it wouldn't hurt if you want to put this. The account number is most important though.
