Accounts are part of an IVA

Myself and my partner had 3 account with the Abbey.
The charges on these accounts spiralled out of control and as a direct result of the charges we could not pay the overdrawn debts occured. These account are now part of an IVA which is at the stage of my creditors meeting next month to hopefully agree this action and grant the IVA. Can I still claim back the 2 thousand pounds worth of charges occured during this time. The accounts are now closed.
Hope you can help!

You can claim them back they will most definately offset it against any outstanding debt you have with them though but it will reduce your debt0
